The document needs to be created. Association attorney will complete by September 1, 2021 Governor Abbott signed SB 1588 into law today. The new laws requires the association to create a "Management Certificate" tp be filed with Dallas County and with TREC (a separate filing) as well as being posted on the Association website by September 2021.
