Please rate all six options on a scale of 1 to 5. This is not a ranking survey, but rather a rating survey. You can rate more than one color with the same rating (e.g, you can love 2, hate two, etc.).

Option A

Keep the current siding (Twiggy) and trim (Pawnee) - no change.

Minimal change - cleaner color.

Option D*

Change to a new contemporary color (Toasty)
Matches all three brick patterns (Phase 1, 2, and 3 homes) and the builder's standard roof. *BOARD RECOMMENDED.
Hate it Can live with it Love it

Option E
Change to a conventional builder's beige (Sands of Time).
Note: Will require 2 coats to cover the first time we paint it - higher cost to apply innitailly. Lighter shades do not work well with dark brown window bars and will show more of the siding and trim surface flaws.

Option F
Change to an off-white color (Tony Taupe).
Note: Will require 2 coats to cover the first time we paint it - higher cost to apply initailly. Lighter shades do not work well with dark brown window bars and will show more of the siding and trim surface flaws.
