This category is for tools (e.g. brooms, shovels), appliances (e.g. coffee pots), and furniture (e.g. folding chairs) purchased for use by the Association (only) AND to be stored in the Association garage or held by the Association manager.

Rentals expenses should be coded to the associated project.

Consumable or disposable items (e.g. coffee, blades, table clothes) should be coded to the associated project.
